The US has legal authority to enforce its export laws outside the United States. Any company anywhere in the world that handles US-controlled goods or technology is subject to these regulations. We therefore apply enhanced controls to prevent diversion, misuse, and breaches of export controls or sanctions. Unauthorised exports can lead to severe penalties, including heavy fines, seized shipments, or criminal charges.

Dual-use goods are products, software and technologies that are designed for civilian or commercial use that also have the potential to be used by the military. High-performance microchips, advanced processors, and telecommunications equipment used in everyday electronics and military defence systems. Governments tightly control the export, transfer, and trade of dual-use items to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and maintain international security. Moving these items across borders typically requires special government licenses.

Some of what we sell is export controlled, mostly AI GPUs and accelerators but also includes certain networking and components with Cryptographic capabilities.
