We have a dedicated support team, who will make the process as simple as possible. It will be best to email them at support@ict-direct.co.uk, please include the following information:

  • ICT Direct Asset Tag number (this is a silver label found on the case or underneath the battery for laptops) or the serial number for a monitor.
  • Symptoms of the fault
  • Steps taken so far to diagnose the issue
  • Contact details

We will reply within a 6 hour standard. We may ask you to try steps to diagnose the issue.

Once diagnosed, we’ll send a replacement part or hardware, the next business day. Our support team will advise of this process which will depend on how we rectify the issue.

We’ll contact you afterwards to ensure that the fault is fixed and that you’re happy.
