Our warranties are designed to be as easy as possible.

We cover mechanical failure of our hardware, within the term of the warranty starting from the date of invoice.

We offer an advance replacement warranty as standard: once the fault is diagnosed, we’ll send out a replacement part or replacement pc/laptop etc. In rare instances, we may need to pick up and repair the item (we’ll ask you to securely package the item and we’ll arrange a pickup from our courier).

We don’t cover for the following:

  • Malicious or Accidental damage
  • Where there have been modifications to the purchased specification
  • Where evidence of dust or damp corrosion has taken place
  • When used in locations detrimental to the health of the machine
  • We cannot cover you for driver or software issues.
