• Fully functional, working condition.
• There MAY be small hairline scratches.
• There will be NO cracked plastics, missing cosmetic items or missing feet.

These machines will be in fully operational condition; however, they may exhibit visible cosmetic imperfections such as dents, scratches, and chips.

• Fully functional, working condition.
• There MAY be small dints.
• There MAY be small scratches exposing bare metal.
• There MAY be minor cracked plastic.
• There MAY be missing feet.

The laptop has been fully refurbished to look brand new.

• Screen:
  • Fully functional, working condition.
  • There will be NO dead pixels, dark patches, scratches or pressure marks on the screen

• Chassis:
  • Fully functional, working condition.
  • There will be NO dents.
  • There will be NO deep or noticeable scratches.
  • There will be NO cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items.
  • There will be NO missing feet.
  • The Keyboard and trackpad will have NO shine.
  • There will be NO dead pixels, dark patches or pressure marks on the screen.

  • This unit MAY have 1 or 2 Lightly visible on solid colours 1 to 2cm in diameter white pressure mark or dark patches or up to 10 dead pixels on the screen.
  • There may have Light scratches 1cm to 2cm.
  • There may have 1 or 2 screen dint / pin mark / tiny surface damage

• Badges or logos may be missing. Possibility of minor cosmetic damage to fascia or bezel.
